Annual Conference of the Martin Heidegger Society
The Society organizes biennial international conferences devoted to fundamental questions. Specifically, these include the question of technology, the conversation between art, religion, and philosophy, and conceptual aspects of relating to the world, including the conceptualization of I and world, time and space, history and personhood, and natural science. Between the biennials, which are organized as international congresses, conferences and workshops are held on desiderata of Heidegger research, such as Heidegger’s engagement with the pre-Socratics, Kant, Nietzsche, Frege, or his personal relationships, such as with Hannah Arendt, Edith Stein, or Romano Guardini.
The next International Conference will be held in September 2021 on the topic “Heidegger: Poetry and Art”.
